Branding is the biggest downfall most Internet Marketers and MLM”s have today. So what is branding and why is it so important? Branding has been around since the beginning of time. It is everywhere you look, everything you touch, every product you buy, whether it be toothpaste, groceries, cars or clothing. Like it or not it’s all about the BRAND!
WHO Are You BRANDING?
95% of the worlds population is brand bought driven. What do I mean by this? Do you buy bathroom tissue or do you buy Kleenex? Do you ask for a carbonated beverage or a COKE? People by brands because they are trusted names that represent what the consumer wants. I do it all the time, when I am at the store looking at a specific product. I think to myself do I want the generic product or the name brand product, 9 times out of 10 I am going with the name brand even though the generic is a lot cheaper in cost. Why? One simple reason, the name brand product psychologically tells me that I am getting what I payed for, because of the name.
So, who are you branding with your MLM or Direct Sales Company? Is it the company? Maybe even the Product? If you choose either one, I am sorry to say but you are wrong. Now I am not saying that your product or company is bad in any way. What I am saying is this, people by people, not products or companies. So, are you branding YOU Inc or something or someone else.

5.Provide training & tools to help people succeed
6. Create a Facebook Fan Page – you can do this with FANPAGE ENGINE
7. Know your Target Market
8. Know the USP (Unique Selling Proposition)
9. Be transparent

Great post Ryan:) I think branding is one of the most important things in business. So many people don’t invest enough in it, I’m not talking about money in fancy logo’s etc but they don’t realise how important it is, particularly in a very competitive market, you need to stand out from the crowd and by branding yourself and being consistent with it, both in terms of look and feel but also tone etc. can make a huge difference.
